YUNO

Yuno’s full-length debut, Blest, out May 16 on Sub Pop, finds the enigmatic indie-pop visionary transforming the emo-tinged suburban malaise of his 2018 Moodie EP into more expansive, widescreen pop drama — suited for big moves and bigger stages. The kaleidoscopic sound he devised as a millennial hermit in his childhood bedroom in Florida has since broadened his horizons, taking him on tour with Unknown Mortal Orchestra and Superorganism, and soundtracking various series for Netflix and HBO. Imbued with elements of dream-pop, rock, trap, and psychedelia, his eclectic songs serve as bids for love and connection, which especially in the fractured era of social media, have resonated with many listeners who find solace in his vulnerability.

JASMINE CASSELL

Jasmine Cassell is a Philly based singer/ songwriter/ performer spreading dosages of rhythmic medicine. Her melodic tunes will take you to a space of nostalgia, empowerment & self- love. One has to listen to her delivery and passion to be immersed into the artist original style.
Jasmine currently has her second EP ‘ENIM’ streaming on all platforms. ENIM is Cassell’s most mature offering to date, a collection of six songs attesting to the full range of highs and lows experienced in and out of love.
Cassell’s timeless vocals are immediately recognizable, delivering hauntingly beautiful, guiding lyrics with sensual eloquence. Executive produced by Lee Clarke with additional production by Kingsley Ibeneche, Bennett Kuhn, and Cassell herself, ENIM offers wildly diverse genric settings. From the bossa nova of ‘Speechless’ to the braggadocio of soul single ‘Lie,’ Cassell moves fluidly through zones of contemplative longing and undulating, slow built passion. She sprawls vocally across all terrain, painting delicate feelings with a balance of gravity and weightlessness, touch and negative space.
Keep your eye on Jasmine Cassell for more shows & music on the way.
