Chioke is one of music’s most magnetic new voices, blending sultry, cinematic vocals into a raw, ethereal sound. Known for her gritty yet dreamlike feel, she crafts music that floats between rock and R&B. With her roots in spoken word and a journey shaped by loss, her story began in a bedroom studio with her best friend and producer, Jay Dreamer, whose passing left an indelible mark on her music. In celebration of her upcoming album When In Doubt, Chioke will be performing in her home town Philadelphia on the legendary Johnny Brenda’s stage February 22nd, 2025. She has described her forthcoming project as a journey through the trials of poverty, self-doubt, and resilience. Chioke’s live performances are energetic and emotional showcasing her theatrical stage presence which can be heard in the recorded music as well.
